Word pronunciation uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. The app does not record your voice and does not request microphone access for this feature.
The app connects to the internet for a single purpose: to request and display advertising. Ads are shown via Google AdMob in a small, fixed area at the bottom of the screen. The app does not use interstitial (full-screen), pop-up, or any other ad format that interrupts or covers your learning. Advertising is included solely to help cover the app's server-side and ongoing development costs — there is no other monetization, subscription, or in-app purchase in this app.
